Symbiotic Instruments is a collection of resonant objects and systems played by an ever-evolving group of musicians. With this album we ask how these abstract instruments can make music in combination with drums, piano and double bass. Originally intended as a live intense exploration, the project became long-term and long-distance due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The ceramic instruments used in this album were designed and made by Roxanne Nesbitt.
